We all know that improper operation in CNC lathe processing will cause certain harm to operators, so we must strictly abide by the operation rules when using CNC lathe to process non-standard parts, so as to ensure safety. The specific precautions of CNC lathe processing safety are as follows:
1. First of all, before the processing of non-standard parts, we must do the preparatory work in the early stage, carefully check whether your clothes meet the requirements of the work, and must strictly abide by them.
2. Check whether the equipment meets the normal working standard, whether the voltage of the numerical control lathe is stable, the socket must be a triangular socket, and the line must also have a ground wire. Before the formal operation, the CNC lathe should be run in an empty running test, and the machine can be started up only when there is no abnormality.
3. In case of any abnormality during the operation of CNC lathe, it is necessary to wait for the machine to stop working completely before checking and troubleshooting.
